My 100th post!

Its crazy to think that I've been writing this blog for two years, and now I've made it to my 100th posting. Damn, hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

"Waiting for the Rain" construction paper collage.
I found this really old frame in a bin at Salvation army, and thought I'd make something nice to put in it. I really like the idea of working on found objects and letting them dictate what direction my work should go in. Its funny to think about, usually you start with a picture and then find the frame. I've been itching to do some collage work, so I broke out my construction paper and made this sucker.

I just started another semester at Purchase, and my life is a whole lot more interesting now. I just found out yesterday that Wyldlife is going to play at Webster Hall on March 25th, soooooooooooooooooooo stoked. If you've been living under a rock and don't know Webster Hall, its one of the premier venues in New York City. Check it out: http://www.websterhall.com/
Hopefully I'll see you there.
Speaking of Wyldlife, Jon and G Scott have left the band, to do their own thing. Its unfortunate, but life goes on. A good friend of ours, Russ Barnett has hopped behind the kit and will be our new drummer. Check out his band the boomerangs:

Were still looking for another guitarist so if your interested, let us know!

Recently I've been really into the art of Charley Harper. Charley was an illustrator who did a lot of work for books and magazines like The Ford times. I'll let his work do the talking.

I've been working on some book projects as well as some new prints, which I should have up soon, so stay posted!
